Thanks for another detailed explanation I think I may of jumped the gun a bit I turned my computer back on and manually did a live update it gave me web protection and then the pulse update I then waited on the security screen for 5 minutes and it must of done a pulse update or searched for updates because the timer went back down from 5 minutes.
Sorry I ask a lot of questions so is there anything to be worried about?
