If you run into problems with the number of licenses available, you can contact Live chat, explain the situation to them and they should be able to free up an activation.

Also if the system recovery you are referring to is the one that returns your system to original factory condition, it may have a trial antivirus program installed. If it is other than the exact same N 360 you have a license for you will have to uninstall it, run the product's removal tool and then install your N 360. We can help you find the corrct removal tool if you tell us the product you have for a trial.
