I don't think "chat" knows what they did either! I didn't want to give them another shot to say the least.
I did try what you suggested prior to our interactions and it did not solve my issue. I then saw a community announcement from T. Weiss and D. Coleman. I went to NUC and manually entered my version as 20. I then had the update 21.1.1.7 and it went smoothly. My computer is running faster and I do not seem to have any conflicts now. Time will tell if anything else crops up over the next week or two but so far so good and very easy to do.

Worked for me: Windows 7 64-bit SP1 and also using CCleaner and Malwarebytes
