Thanks for the info you provided in your 10:44 AM post. I have briefly looked over it and will look at it more closely again later in the day.
My first impression is you are concerned about things that are not tied to your previous problems and by digging deeply into the details of History (as you presented in your 10:44 AM post) are causing you more concern than you need to worry about. From my brief review - it appears almost all of your details are pretty normal and easily explainable. The bottom line is do you still have the Green checkmark on your Norton Icon in the system tray (or you can loko at the main page of N 360 and see the Green checkmarks in each of the 4 squares). If they are there all is running fine with N 360.
I'll go on to your other questions and then come back in another post later to repond to my more in-depth review of your previous post.
How do I download my product to USB? Does it use one of my "devices"?
Connect your USB drive to your system, once you begin the download, there will be a bar across the bottom of the screen as shown below,
In order to Save it to USB, you need to select the drop down arrow behind the SAVE button and select Save AS.
Then browse to your USB drive and select it, and then click SAVE (located in bottom right of screen)
Please note, you will not be using another of your devices (licenses) as all you are doing is downloading a program. Once you install it back ont he same system, it also should not use another "device" (license)
Do you know how to browse to the download location on your USB Device and run the download from there?
Once saving the product and NRT to USB, please give links again, do I disconnect from internet?
N 360 Standard Edition Please note you must select the correct edition that you have the product key for - they are not interchangeble
After you have downloaded the product and the NRT you can disconnect from the internet

Yes, I can tell, but my question is why are you going through this? You seem to have gotten 21.1.1.7 instaled on your system and working OK until you couldn;t get the web defintions this AM. I will explain that in the next post - give me sometime to review it closer though.
