In addition any disk you buy will be the original version of the product with no updates since whenever it was released .... so even if you were installing on a clean new system you would do better to download the installation files and then activate with the key from the copy you bought.
But note that any clean installation will lose your local vault so do follow the route given by dickevans ....
What version of Norton 360 do you have installed and what version have you bought? You did match the Standard and Prenier sub-versions didn't you since the keys are not interchangable.
