Hi, yami_aherwar. It's possible that when you uninstalled the Trend Micro program, that it did not fully uninstall.
If there are previous trial programs on the computer we recommend removing them using that company's uninstaller tool.
Not sure if that's what you did or did you uninstall just using the Control Panel Programs and Features ?
Once Trend Micro is fully removed, you may wish to try the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool, which will replace your current Norton install with a fresh clean one.
