My computer as been turn off and restart few times already. And I just check to see if my Norton 360 is up-to-date and it is.

It's possible that something got scrambled along the way. A quick fix for that would be to run the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool
This will put a clean copy of the software on your system. After rebooting please run live update to make sure that the new copy is up to the minute.
