Perhaps it is HW, 'cause my laptop is an Asus k53ta, and I was running some games before I was searching some sites and decided to play the video. The laptop can get pretty hot.
Norton 360 and malwarebytes are top-rated protection and if they said there were no threats, then I guess thats a good sign that it is HW related. 'cause the sfc did detect some corrupted files but I read in other places that sometimes harmless programs can trigger this response. However, I did read that certain malicious software can attach itself to other programs but my protection is updated and scans all trusted files. So, again I think this is a good sign and it is just HW related.
