Try to connect over your local wifi & check if the firewall blocks the access from the BB Playbook. If it blocks the access, check the Network Security Map in Norton 360 and check if it shows up your BB Playbook as one of the network devices. Make sure that your BB Playbook device is set to "Shared" or "Full Trust" so as to allow the remote access. Let me know if you still find problem with using the remote access in BB Playbook.
