Hi, gregkeep. You might want to go to Installed Updates in your Action Center, and uninstall IE 11.
You'll need to reboot, and then you'll have IE 10 back. IE 11 has had quite a few problems, and some of us have reverted to IE 10 until Microsoft fixes IE 11.
Try accessing a website, and let us know how you go. If you go into your firewall settings you can set the permission to Allow, rather than Auto.
Also rebooting your router/modem, will often get the internet back again.
