360 Renewal issues
renewed Dec 18.......norton ver: 21.1.0.18
Sys: WIN 7; EXP 9 ver: 9.0.8112.16421
followed all the advise..
Wrong expiration date. lost 33 days
Made 2 back-ups on CD and Norton still says back-up at risk.
This is bad. I used Norton on-line renewal with the $40 discount. ===================================================
Experiencing issues like last year.
"too many yearly renewal issues - Should be Seamless - why all the down loading when product is up to Date!"
