Re: Norton Antispam confusion

Norton Antispam marks emails as [Norton AntiSpam] to notify you about a message that could potentially be spam. It doesn't directly delete any email. This is so that you can check and ensure that the messages are indeed spam and not an important email that is marked as spam.
If you don't want these messages in the inbox, you can create a rule in Outlook to move messages marked as spam to a particular folder. Here's how you can do it:

1.    Open Outlook.
2.    Click the File tab  > Click Manage Rules and Alerts.
3.    In the Rules and Alerts dialog box, on the E-mail rules tab, click on new rule.
4.    Select the condition that says 'Subject line contains specific words'
5.    Type in [Norton AntiSpam].
6.    Now select 'Move to specified folder'
7.    Select any existing folder other than Inbox where you want to move the message (or you can create a new folder as well).
8.    Give the rule a name.
9.    Click on finish.
10.    On the main Rules and Alerts dialog box, select 'Run rules now'.
11.    Select the rule that you just created and select inbox, and run the rule.
12.    This should move the already existing messages that are marked as spam to the folder you specified in the rule.
13.    Any new email that is marked as spam by Norton 360 will now be moved immediately.
