I just checked, and, yes, your method will take you to the Monthly Report as well; your way is more direct. 

 

Okay, try this when you turn on your computer next time.  Click the link to the "phishing" threat that your Norton product detected and see where in Security History that takes you.  If it takes you to the correct place in Security History for that, then that means the problem with the "network" threat is an isolated one, involving Norton's algorithm.  On the other hand, if the phishing threat link also takes you to some unrelated page in Security History, then your Norton product may have been corrupted, in which case you will have to remove and reinstall it.

 

When I click the threat link in my Monthly Report, it takes me to the right page.
