Hi, RationalAlan. Depending on where you are, {I'm in Australia} you may get the occasional glitch with the Live Update Servers.
I run Live Update as soon as I boot, and 9 times out of 10, there's no problem.
As Yank stated, it's rarely more than a few hours, before it's fixed.
