Same here too. I am in India. It seems yesterday was also the same situation. I am not receiving even the IPSDefs too, even though the Virus Defs and IPSDefs are updated on the symantec site. Can download Virus Defs and install latest but I am not receiving it on LiveUpdate.
And there is no way of downloading IPSDefs.
