Re: Norton 360 Tuneup not working

I'm, not sure where you see the "Fix Now" under Tuneup... as when I click on the Tuneup box in 360, I don't see any Fix Now to select. Are you sure you're running Norton 360?

I have Norton 360. I was prompted to run Tuneup (Security, Identity, Backup all had green check marks). I clicked Fix Now under Tuneup. A new window appeared showing scans done involving: internet explorer temporary files, windows temporary files, and disk optimization. All three had a green check mark and the word complete on the status. When I clicked close a new window appeared that contained a red X and the words Fix Not Complete. I have windows 8.1 if that narrows down what could be the problem. I also have the latest version of Norton 360 installed. Any help anyone can lend is appreciated.
