First thing you need to do is verify your system clock has the correct time, date and time zone. If they are correct, you need to tell us the version Of NSS that you are running. This is found from the main page by selecting Support > About.
Regardless of the version, you need to follow the instructions in this Norton Knowledge Base Article.
After running that please let us know the version and the result of running the KB article.
