O.k. I think I have fixed the problem. I thought that maybe the reason the download wasn't working was that my previous, now nonfunctional Norton hadn't been fully uninstalled. Previous efforts were not successful but I decided to give it one more try so I went to Programs and for some reason, it now uninstalled without any problem this way. I then downloaded Norton360 from my Account page. It downloaded and installed without any problem. I ran a live update and everything now seems fully functional and up to date. Hopefully I won't be back again to tell you there are more problems but, fingers crossed, this seems to have fixed it. Guess whatever gremlins were keeping it from working have vacated for now.
