Hi,bilyoung123. Welcome. Try running the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool, which is different to the Norton Removal Tool.

It's designed to replace a corrupted copy, with a fresh one. 

Please read the Before you begin note, and after the reinstall please run Live Update until no more are found.

Let us know if that fixes the problem.
