I have norton 360 just bought a week ago. Win 8 latest version. I have a user account I log on with and work with as I understand that is safer than a Admin account. Power eraser manual scan said it needed to resart to scan. I restarted and did notice any thing happening so I watched tv for a bid hoping to come back to a finished screen. but nothing of Norton was open. I went to power eraser scan after that reboot and items like Steam had not yet loaded and power eraser said a reboot was needed to do a scan. Did not do the loop again. Should I have logged on to Admiistrator account to get things working? Thanks Jim
