The plot thickens...
My automatic upgrade was set to ON but it seems no upgrade happened. Set to OFF now. I can edit the logins now, even though it is a bit clumsy. I don't know why it works now and didn't before. I can move a login but not farther than the length of the edit window. It can be done with a few bumps from folder to folder to the eventual destination. Since I can get it done, sortof, I think I'll leave it at v20 for now. I'll upgrade next time I want to give it the time and bother.
Thanks for telling me about the autoupgrade switch. Now I know where to go to deal with this.
