Restoring computer, will I be able to keep my Norton 360 Premier Edition subscription?

Hello,

I would like to restore my computer and I still have over 100 days of my subscription remaing. If I restore my computer, can I still take advantage of the 100+ days of my subscription, or would I have to purchase a new subscription? If I can keep my subscription, how would I get it back?

PS: The product has been activated on three different computers becuase it comes with three copies.
