According to Wikipedia (not always the best source, but not the worst, either), that's the developer's website. Norton Safeweb also gives it a clean bill of health ( https://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=http%3A%2F%2Finfinitekind.com%2Fmoneydance ), although I like to see some community reviews before I consider a rating really solid.
So I'd say the next step is to report the file as a suspected false positive, here:

This will allow the good folks at Norton to do a more thorough evaluation of the program, and determine whether it is in fact safe--and if so will correct the problem you've experienced, not only for you, but for all our user community as well.
Let us know whether that is enough, or whether you require a more immediate solution (to start using the program now) and are willing to accept the risk.
