I don't see any attachments but you can INSERT jpgs into the message text using the tree-like 
icon on the editor toolbar.
Just browse to find the file where you saved it on your PC and it will be copied up onto the Forum server. There may be a delay for moderation before it appears but you will see a placemarker.
