Hi, willmck. If everything else is running correctly, I'd advise against using the registry clean option in Norton 360. Not sure what O/S you're running but if it's Windows 7, it does a pretty good job...

The safest option is to open N360 and click Settings> Task Scheduling and uncheck Registry Cleanup.
