I haven't tried it, but it is tied to the Resolved Security Risks in History. Perhaps if you clear the entries in that history, the Threat Detections will disappear from the graph. Please let us know...

You need to use the down arrow and select Resolved Security Risks and then Clear those entries. Of course I still am not sure it will delete what you want off the graph.
