Are you using an English version of Norton? 

Are you a Comcast customer using their free Norton Security Suite?

If English, are you on version 21.1.0.18 or 21.1.1.7 (you can find this from the main page selecting Support > About)?

If not on English - the second part shuold be released in the next week - that's a WAG - nothing set in concrete!
