I have tried this before (thus my comment). So in order to make this software work properly now, I have to do this every time I want to scan? Isn't that a bit much, not to mention time consuming? I would like a permanent fix, not one I have to address every time I want to do a scan.
And no I don't have any other antivirus software on the computer and I've never had.
