According to the screenshot, the Exclamation Mark indicates that your product requires attention - it is not as server as the RED X indication (Major porblem), but something that needs to be fixed. It is usually enough to click on the Fix Now button and ti will correct what ever needs correcting - in some cases just running a scan fixes it, in other cases it is necessary to do a bit more.
"Computer performance Improvements are needed." From past experience I would think this is a result of something that was found during the "Diagnostic Report" portion of the Tuneup, however to make sure you can select Tuneup and then View Details from the drop down. This will display details and should flag the offending tuneup function. Assuming in this case it is the Diagnostic Report that is flagged, you can then run the Diagnostic Report, see which area is flagged and then select details for that area and see if you can affect a repair. It could be something as simple as changing a setting - but a setting that N 360 is not capable of changing.
All that said, if you try the Fix Now and it doesn't fix it, then you'll need to dig deeper as suggested above. In any case, the Exclamation Mark indicates it is a minor problem, and will not affect your protection - but still should be fixed.
