Is your router IP static or dynamic?
Can you relate this log entries with any services like live update or insight or some maintenance tasks of norton?
Only Symantec can have final word on how they push the live updates to user or how the live updates are pulled down by Norton product.
May be its due to improper server configuration or packet dropping, provided that the IPs are not spoofed by someone.
Anyway, I am eager to hear what Symantec would say on this.
