Hirj1974. If you have 360 properly installed, it will take over from the Windows Firewall, and also from Windows Defender.
You could try reinstalling 360, to see if Windows recognises it.
Have you been to Support in the UI and run Autofix to see if it finds anything, and have you rebooted recently ?
If you elect to use the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool, please read the Before you begin note and run Live Updates after, until no more are found. This will give you a clean install.
