Sorry to hear about your experience - although not totally surprised. Everyone can have a bad day and not all CSR's are as good or polite as others. Perhpas you just got one who was having a very bad day.
There are many questions, complaints that have been handled sucessfully through these forums and not all CSR's are as knowledgeable as some of the volunteers are on this forum - so there are times we can get you fixed up when the CSR could not help you.
One thing ,remember if our User Names are not in RED, we are not Norton employees - but are customers the same as you are who volunteer our time to assist other users.
If you desire, please share what your situation is and we'l do our best to get an answer - or at least put you in contact with someone who can assist you.
